Black Church Angle

The reference described here is square: Angle Church Noir is a 20 x 20 cm cement tile, 16 mm thick, and no rectangular version appears in its specifications. Its scroll-and-frame motif in white, black, grey and red is designed for this format. For border or special pieces around it, Carocim is the right contact.

12 tiles per box covering 0.48 m² is the confirmed packing for Angle Church Noir; the number of boxes per pallet is not listed in its specifications, so ask Carocim for shipping details. Since each cement tile carries its full 16 mm of handmade material, pallets are prepared carefully to protect the tiles in transit.

In the pure cement tile tradition upheld by Carocim, Angle Church Noir is made from a mineral recipe: cement, marble powder and sand for the body, with mineral pigments poured by hand for the white, black, grey and red pattern. No firing is involved; the tile is pressed and cured, which explains its 16 mm thickness.

No, regular resealing against the sun is unnecessary: Carocim systematically gives this cement tile an anti-UV treatment for outdoor use, keeping the pigments protected and the true white, black, grey and red shades stable. Apply a pore filler at installation, clean with neutral soap, and simply renew the protective finish when water stops beading.

Designed as a versatile piece, Angle Church Noir works both ways: its 16 mm body handles floors, including outdoors, while its refined scrolls in white, black, grey and red make a beautiful wall feature. As the corner element of the Church design, this Carocim cement tile mostly frames decorative rug layouts, on the ground or up a wall.
