FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

In which workshop is Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc produced?

Very little has changed technically: this cement tile is still made using cold hydraulic pressing rather than firing, layering pigmented cement over a sand bed and a grey cement backing. Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc follows the same traditional method that has defined Carocim tiles since the technique first appeared.

What packaging is Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc delivered in?

On arrival, count the boxes against your order and check that each holds 12 tiles covering 0.48 sqm. Open a few boxes of this Carocim cement tile to inspect Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc for transit damage or chipped edges before starting the layout, since claims are easier to process before installation begins.

Are there discounts on Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc for large quantities?

Yes, a quote can be requested directly for this cement tile. At the standard rate of €129.30 per sqm, 20 sqm of Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc comes to roughly €2,586 in material before any project-specific terms, so it's worth confirming the final figure with Carocim for that quantity.

How long does it take for Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc to fade in the sun?

Yes, built-in protection comes from Carocim's systematic anti-UV treatment applied to this cement tile because it's rated for outdoor use. It stabilises the pigments in Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc against sunlight, though no exact fading timeline is specified in the product data.

Is there a black and white version of Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc?

No dedicated colour-matching service is listed for this cement tile in the product data. Carreau L Lait de Chaux Blanc is offered as a single, plain lime-wash white shade, so getting a custom match would need to be discussed directly with Carocim on a case-by-case basis.
