Tile the Hand

The Main is part of the SU.Real collection, designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim®, from the "Symbols" picture book.

In Surrealism, the hand symbolizes creation, the touch of the invisible, and the link between thought and matter. It embodies the poetic act, sensory exploration, and the gesture laden with meaning.

Each tile is handcrafted using a demanding artisanal method. Composed of cement, sand, marble powder, and natural pigments, it is made without firing, using minimal water. Its texture and any slight irregularities reveal the artisan's touch and enhance its uniqueness.
