Light Clay Tile 2

Note: yes, this cement tile Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile can fit a Haussmannian apartment: laid in an entrance hall or kitchen, its graphic, contemporary pattern plays off the mouldings and herringbone parquet, a combination Carocim suggests to modernise the space without erasing its character.

Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile is ordered in its fixed Argile shade, part of Carocim's Plaquette range. For a custom colour, however, the U colour chart lets you commission a bespoke shade to order for this same cement tile pattern.

Yes, Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile can be laid in a bathroom, including a shower floor, provided a water- and oil-repellent sealant is applied before grouting. This Carocim cement tile copes very well with moisture once protected, just like any interior application.

Yes, it is normal for two Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile tiles to show slightly different shades: the handmade production of this Carocim cement tile means the light colour cannot be perfectly identical from one piece to the next. Carocim remains available for any further detail on this cement tile.

Note: yes, Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile does resist UV well, showing no marked fading of its light shade over the seasons, as long as the sealant is maintained regularly. Carocim systematically applies this anti-UV treatment to its cement tiles rated for outdoor use, and Carreau Plaquette 2 Clair Argile is one of them.
