FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

What mood does Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette create in a room?

Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette creates a graphic, contemporary mood in a room, thanks to its pattern in a dark tone that immediately draws the eye. Laid on a floor or splashback, this Carocim cement tile structures the space without needing extra accessories.

How do I choose the shade of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette for my room?

To choose the shade of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette, factor in the room's natural light and the surface to cover: a dark tone visually enlarges a small space. A physical sample of this Carocim cement tile remains the best guide before ordering.

Is the pattern of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette likely to fade in the sun?

No, the pattern of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette is not at risk of noticeably fading in the sun, since the treated natural pigments stay stable far longer than an unprotected colour. Carocim systematically applies this anti-UV treatment to its cement tiles rated for outdoor use, and Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette is one of them.

How many square metres does one box of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette represent?

0.48 m² is the coverage of a single box of Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette, made up of 12 tiles per box at Carocim. This fixed figure is the base for any quantity calculation on this cement tile. Carocim remains available for any further detail on this cement tile.

In which workshop is Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette produced?

Carreau Plaquette 2 Foncé Noisette is hand-poured tile by tile in a metal mould at a French workshop, following the traditional cement tile process. Carocim entrusts the Plaquette range to designer Studio BrichetZiegler, who shapes its graphic, contemporary look. No firing is involved: strength comes purely from hydraulic pressing and slow drying.
