FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

What cutting allowance should I add when ordering Carreau Versailles Terra?

It is advisable to order slightly more than the exact surface needed when buying Carreau Versailles Terra, to allow for cuts at the edges, corner adjustments and any accidental breakage while laying this Carocim cement tile, or repairs later on.

In which workshop is Carreau Versailles Terra produced?

workshop address is provided in the available data for Carreau Versailles Terra: it is only known that this cement tile results from the handmade production Carocim claims, with no further detail on the exact production location at this time.

Can Carreau Versailles Terra be mixed with other models from its collection?

Within the same collection, Carocim cement tiles usually share a common format and style: Carreau Versailles Terra, with its 20 x 20 cm size and reworked classic style, therefore pairs easily with other designs in the Versailles range for a coherent overall look.

Does Carreau Versailles Terra still look the same after years in the sun?

Yes, Carreau Versailles Terra keeps essentially the same look after years in the sun: Carocim's systematic anti-UV treatment, applied to all of its outdoor cement tiles, durably stabilises the pigments and greatly limits any loss of colour intensity over time.

Does Carreau Versailles Terra work in a bohemian decor?

Carreau Versailles Terra works well in a bohemian décor: its reworked classic style at Carocim and earthy Terra shade pair naturally with the natural materials and warm colours typical of this cement tile within that kind of atmosphere and layered textures.
