Flat bottom Convex

Dessous Plat Convexe comes in a single base tone, with no listed colour range: the matte cement of this Carocim trivet catches even low light well, thanks to its convex relief. In a dark room, a bit of accent lighting aimed at the table is enough to reveal its raised pattern.

The name Dessous Plat Convexe pins down this exact piece within Carocim's shop, which presents each trivet as a recognisable item under its own name. Rather than a series number, it is this named identity that makes it easy to spot and to tell apart from the other shapes in the range. Carocim relies on that clarity to make choosing in store straightforward.

Yes, Dessous Plat Convexe will easily win over an interiors enthusiast drawn to line and volume. Its convex shape plays with light and relief, a choice Carocim fully embraces within its selection of tableware. It works equally well in a pared-back interior or a more layered room, carried by its sculptural character.

Simple furniture in light wood or metal shows off the relief of Dessous Plat Convexe nicely on a table. Carocim suggests pairing this trivet with a plain tablecloth or a raw wooden tray, so the cement pattern remains the table's main visual focus.

No ordinary detergent is needed for Dessous Plat Convexe, and a mop is beside the point since this Carocim trivet is never laid on the floor. A damp cloth and mild soap are enough to clean it after use, without ever resorting to a harsh detergent.
