Tangent Flat Bottom

This piece, Dessous Plat Tangeant, carries the Carocim name, designed in-house to extend the house's own visual language. Choosing to design everything itself sets Carocim apart from a simple reseller of decorative objects and keeps every piece in its collection consistent. The Carocim name is the one to remember here.

No numbered collection formally links Dessous Plat Tangeant, but its graphic pattern echoes the world of tangent lines Carocim also develops on some of its cement tiles. This trivet carries that visual vocabulary into a standalone tabletop object.

Storing it flat, away from damp, is enough to keep Dessous Plat Tangeant in good shape between uses. Carocim suggests keeping it in a drawer or on a dedicated shelf, away from any direct heat source. This simple precaution helps preserve the crispness of its pattern over time.

Yes, Dessous Plat Tangeant suits a minimalist mood well: its graphic pattern and understated cement tone fit easily onto a pared-back table. Carocim designs this trivet to add character without overloading a deliberately minimal interior.

In reality, Dessous Plat Tangeant is not hard to maintain: cleaning with lukewarm water and mild soap is enough after each use. Carocim simply recommends avoiding any acidic or abrasive product on this cement trivet, as with all of its decor pieces.
