Is the number of tiles per box of Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc always the same?

At Carocim, the box for this hexagonal cement tile, the Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc, holds 28 pieces covering 0.48 m². This quantity is fixed for this specific reference. The product data doesn't cover Carocim's returns policy for unopened boxes, so it's best to check directly with Carocim once the project is complete.

Can Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc be cut down to fit a smaller format?

Yes, like any Carocim cement tile, the Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc can be cut down by a professional using a suitable diamond blade. For a small bathroom, this original 20 x 23 cm hexagonal format actually works well since its scale reads clearly even in a compact space, more so than an oversized tile.

Is the design of Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc inspired by nature?

The Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc's motif is an isosceles triangle, in black and white, for a minimalist, modern effect on this Carocim cement tile. This geometric design draws on a pure shape rather than a natural element, in keeping with the clean spirit of the Sim.PL collection; the product data doesn't name an individual designer.

Which designer worked with Carocim on the collection of Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc?

Sim.PL is the name of the collection the Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc belongs to, designed entirely in-house by Carocim with no external designer credited. This geometric, contemporary line is built around hexagonal shapes and triangular or cube motifs on 20 x 23 cm cement tiles; Carocim's own site is the best source for more detail.

Are Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc tiles sensitive to direct light?

No regular UV resealing is needed: the Hex-Isocèle Charbon Blanc is rated for outdoor use and already receives Carocim's systematic anti-UV treatment applied to its cement tiles intended for open-air settings. The black and white of the motif keep their contrast under direct, prolonged light exposure as a result — only the water- and oil-repellent sealer sealer needs periodic renewal.
