Patchwork SimPL 2

Thanks to the systematic anti-UV treatment Carocim applies to every outdoor-rated cement tile, Patchwork SimPL 2 already resists sun fading more than an untreated material would. The pigments in its geometric motif stay protected, so there's little extra action needed beyond routine care to keep this cement tile looking as intended outdoors.

Yes, Patchwork SimPL 2 costs €302.40 per square metre through Carocim. That price covers a cement tile designed by Marta Pignol, in a 10 x 20 cm rectangular format, packed in boxes of 24 tiles at 16 mm thick.

Naturally, the geometric motif on Patchwork SimPL 2 evokes a Mediterranean feel, in the tradition of cement tiles found across southern France and North Africa. Carocim suggests pairing it with terracotta or deep blue accents to bring out that timeless, old-house character in a hallway.

24 tiles at 16 mm thick make up each box of Patchwork SimPL 2, and yes, this thickness stays consistent across the whole tile since it comes from a full-body press rather than a surface coating. No custom made-to-order format is offered for this cement tile through Carocim.

A full box remains the standard ordering unit at Carocim for this type of cement tile; no half-box option is listed for Patchwork SimPL 2 in the product data. Unopened boxes of 24 tiles should be kept flat, dry and away from damp before installation begins.
