FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

Does the colour of Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 change with sun exposure?

The anti-UV treatment systematically applied by Carocim to outdoor cement tiles protects the mustard and stoneware-toned pigments of Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 from sun-related fading. On a balcony exposed to full afternoon sun, these shades keep their intensity over time, provided the sealer is reapplied as part of regular care.

Is one box of Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 enough for a splashback?

A single box of Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 covers 0.48 m² and contains 12 tiles, which is generally more than enough for a standard kitchen splashback. It is still worth allowing extra for cuts, though, since this Carocim cement tile is sold only in full, unopened boxes.

Can Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 be mixed with other models from its collection?

Carocim's Tangeant patterns are designed to combine easily with one another, playing on colour contrasts or complementary shade pairings across a floor. Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès, referenced U60, U53 and U55, can therefore be mixed with other cement tiles from the same Tangeant collection without any issue.

Is Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 more expensive than standard tiling?

Yes, an artisanal cement tile like Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 typically costs more than a mass-produced industrial tile, because each piece is still made by hand. This price of €220.50 per m² reflects Carocim's craftsmanship and the long-term durability associated with this particular kind of flooring.

Is Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 available in a large format?

Carreau Tangeant Moutarde Grès - U60 / U53 / U55 is available in a single format, 20 x 20 cm, with a thickness of 16 mm, which matches the standard used across Carocim's Tangeant collection of cement tiles. No larger format is currently offered for this particular pattern in the catalogue.
