Blue Provençal Angle

16 mm of hand-poured material says it all: the technique behind Angle Provençal Bleu remains essentially the one of the 19th century. At Carocim, mineral pigments are still poured into a divider mould, then the cement tile is pressed and cured without firing. Only the anti-UV protection of the pigments reflects modern know-how added to tradition.

When budgets are weighed, remember what 163.80 euros per m² buys here: a cement tile poured by hand at Carocim, a decorative frieze in white, blue, yellow and black that no printing can imitate, 16 mm of solid material rated for outdoor use, and a floor that gains character with age instead of losing it.

No mixed-packing detail is listed for this reference: Angle Provençal Bleu, the corner piece, comes in its own boxes of 12 cement tiles covering 0.48 m². Field tiles, borders and corners are ordered as separate references, so quantities can match your layout exactly. Carocim can help you balance the counts before ordering.

Corner pieces are made for exactly that game: Angle Provençal Bleu rotates to close each corner of a frame, and dry-laying the cement tiles first lets you test mirror effects and border directions. Its white, blue, yellow and black frieze keeps its balance in every position — Carocim designs these angles for flexible compositions.

Fading is precisely what the treatment prevents: Carocim systematically applies anti-UV protection to this outdoor-rated cement tile, so the blue, white, yellow and black of Angle Provençal Bleu keep their true colours. Over many years a handmade surface may develop a subtle patina, but the tones stay faithful, particularly with a pore filler and neutral-soap care.
