Antique Red Cabochon L

Carocim presses each Cabochon L Rouge Ancien tile by hand rather than machine-calibrating it to a fixed tolerance, so slight natural variation in size and thickness is expected. This is normal for genuine cement tiles and part of their handcrafted character.

Very little fading should occur under normal conditions: Cabochon L Rouge Ancien receives Carocim's systematic anti-UV treatment applied to every outdoor cement tile, protecting its red pigments from direct sunlight well beyond what an untreated tile could achieve.

Coverage matters most when planning an order, so here it is precisely: one box of Cabochon L Rouge Ancien holds 48 cement tiles and covers 0.48 m², the standard Carocim carton size used across most of the Cabochon range.

Yes, mixing Cabochon L Rouge Ancien with a plain, lower-cost cement tile from the same range can trim the overall material cost while keeping a coordinated look, since both share the same 10 x 10 cm format and 16 mm thickness. Sourced directly from Carocim.

Cement tiles like Cabochon L Rouge Ancien are typically laid using the double-buttering method with a fine joint, and light dampening of the tile back before laying is common practice. This helps the adhesive bond evenly across the porous cement surface. Sourced directly from Carocim.
