Arch Turtledove Tile

One studio signs this drawing: heju, who created the whole arch-cercle-courbe collection for Carocim. For Carreau Arche Tourterelle, the designers reduced the arch to its purest line and dressed it in pale pink and taupe. The result is a cement tile with a delicate, soothing and refined presence, faithful to Heju's Mediterranean-modern minimalism.

Behind the Heju collection lies a clear intention: translate Mediterranean architecture — arches, circles, curves — into minimalist cement tiles for Carocim. Carreau Arche Tourterelle answers that brief in its softest register, pairing pale pink with taupe for a delicate, soothing effect. The collection's modern spirit shows in what was left out: no ornament, only essential lines.

Yes, a reliable estimate is easy: at 220.50 euros per square metre, 10 m² of Carreau Arche Tourterelle come to 2,205.00 euros for the tiles. Budget extra for a cutting margin, adhesive, grout, sealer and installation, plus delivery of these cement tiles. Carocim can prepare a precise quotation once your exact surface and address are known.

The full tile measures 16 mm thick; the exact thickness of its coloured wear layer is not specified here, but in a traditional cement tile this pigmented layer forms a solid surface, poured then pressed with the body — never a printed film. Two layers of defence do the work: the anti-UV treatment Carocim applies systematically for outdoor use, which shields the pale pink and taupe pigments, and the pore sealer you apply after installation. Add neutral-soap cleaning and Carreau Arche Tourterelle will face harsh summers with steady, true colours — exactly what a well-kept cement tile promises.
