Ardeco White & Black Tile

No specific resealing frequency is fixed, but this cement tile is rated for outdoor use and already benefits from the anti-UV treatment Carocim systematically applies, protecting the white and black pigments of its abstract motif from fading. Direct light is therefore not an issue as long as the water-repellent finish is maintained.

20 x 20 cm and 16 mm thick: those are the dimensions of this cement tile, hand-poured and hand-pressed following Carocim's traditional method. One box holds 12 pieces for 0.48 m², each tile receiving its abstract motif of free, intertwined lines before hydraulic pressing.

As with any hand-poured cement tile, a slight gap between the on-screen display and the true tone of the black and white in this abstract motif remains possible. Carocim advises ordering a physical sample before committing to a large-surface project with Carreau Ardéco Blanc & Noir.

Yes, this cement tile carries a double spirit: its abstract motif of free, intertwined lines, in black and white contrast, evokes both contemporary expressiveness and certain older compositions, including Art Deco. Carocim files it under the Classique style while giving it a genuinely artistic, current feel.

This abstract design, made of free, intertwined lines in black and white, is a Carocim creation within the Classiques collection for this cement tile. Its artistic, expressive result draws on the traditional graphic repertoire of cement tiles while giving the motif a contemporary reading.
