Which kind of lighting best brings out Carreau Chantilly Terra?

Yes, warm natural light particularly enhances Carreau Chantilly Terra, whose terracotta tones gain real depth toward the end of the day. This Aurelia Paoli-designed cement tile looks just as good under soft artificial lighting as near a south-facing window. This cement tile belongs to the Carocim catalogue, reflecting durable, handcrafted production.

How much do 5 square metres of Carreau Chantilly Terra cost, delivered?

Carreau Chantilly Terra is priced at €220.50 per square metre at Carocim, which works out to about €1,102.50 for 5 m² of cement tiles, excluding delivery costs, which are not specified in the available data. This price reflects a handmade tile sold in 0.48 m² boxes.

Can Carreau Chantilly Terra be mopped with an ordinary detergent?

No specific dosage is provided by Carocim, but a standard detergent, often too harsh or acidic, is not recommended for Carreau Chantilly Terra. A pH-neutral soap is a better choice for mopping, to protect the porous surface of this cement tile.

What is the surface area of a single Carreau Chantilly Terra tile?

A 20 x 20 cm cement tile has a precise, easy-to-calculate unit surface. For Carreau Chantilly Terra, that works out to 0.04 m² per tile, with 12 tiles per Carocim box, for a total surface of 0.48 m² per box.

Is the UV resistance of Carreau Chantilly Terra sufficient for outdoor use?

Yes, Carreau Chantilly Terra is designed for outdoor use and benefits from the systematic anti-UV treatment Carocim applies to its cement tiles intended for exterior installation. This treatment protects the terracotta pigments against fading, providing resistance suited to prolonged sun exposure.
