FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

Is Carreau Chenonceau Praline suitable for a period house?

A period home often works well with graphic patterns inspired by classic design. Carreau Chenonceau Praline, designed by Aurelia Paoli in a reimagined classic style, fits naturally into this type of interior, while remaining a cement tile with distinctly present-day Carocim craftsmanship.

Is Carreau Chenonceau Praline more expensive than standard tiling?

Yes, Carreau Chenonceau Praline, at €220.50 per square metre at Carocim, is generally more expensive than a standard ceramic tile, due to its handcrafted production. This cement tile is sold in boxes of 12 tiles covering 0.48 m², a durable, repairable investment.

Do the colours of Carreau Chenonceau Praline hold up outdoors?

Carreau Chenonceau Praline benefits from the anti-UV treatment Carocim systematically applies to its outdoor cement tiles, which lets its praline colours hold up well outside. This treatment stabilises the pigments and limits fading caused by prolonged sun exposure. This cement tile belongs to the Carocim catalogue, reflecting durable, handcrafted production.

Is Carreau Chenonceau Praline suitable for a terrace?

20 x 20 cm, 16 mm thick, with a systematic anti-UV treatment: Carreau Chenonceau Praline has the features needed for a terrace installation. This Carocim cement tile withstands the elements well and keeps its praline shade under prolonged outdoor exposure.

Can bleach be used on Carreau Chenonceau Praline?

Bleach is among the harshest products for a porous surface. On Carreau Chenonceau Praline, it should therefore be avoided, as with any cement tile, in favour of a pH-neutral soap combined with a protective water- and oil-repellent sealing treatment recommended by Carocim.
