FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

Which wall colours go with Carreau de ciment Losanges Argile?

The clay tone of the Losanges Argile leans distinctly warm rather than cool, with an earthy, terracotta-like quality. This Carocim cement tile pairs particularly well with off-white, beige or sage green walls, making it easy to work into a natural, soothing decor.

How can the small irregularities of Carreau de ciment Losanges Argile be explained?

No, not every Losanges Argile tile has exactly the same pattern intensity, since this Carocim cement tile is shaped and pigmented by hand. These small irregularities come from the artisanal nature of production, with each piece receiving a slightly variable amount of pigment from one moulding to the next.

Is a hexagonal format available for Carreau de ciment Losanges Argile?

The Losanges Argile is only available in the 20 x 20 cm square format on its product page, with no hexagonal version mentioned. This Carocim cement tile's page also does not indicate a thinner version intended for wall installations. Contacting Carocim directly is necessary for a project requiring a specific format.

Is the Carreau de ciment Losanges Argile tile UV-resistant?

An anti-UV treatment systematically protects the Losanges Argile as soon as it leaves the Carocim workshop, though no numeric rating is given on its product page. This cement tile therefore keeps its colours in full sun, provided regular maintenance accompanies that protection throughout its outdoor use.

Can I lay Carreau de ciment Losanges Argile myself?

Laying the Losanges Argile yourself remains possible for a confident DIYer who masters the double-buttered bonding technique typical of cement tiles. This Carocim cement tile can also be installed over underfloor heating, provided the heating system manufacturer's gradual temperature ramp-up guidelines are followed.
