Ocean Tile

Ocean is part of the SU.Real collection, designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim®, from the "Universe" picture book.

Immense and ever-changing, the ocean embodies, in the surrealist universe, the perpetually flowing unconscious, emotional depths, and the power of the imagination. It symbolizes primal mystery, boundless freedom, and the call of the distant.

Each tile is handcrafted using a demanding artisanal method. Composed of cement, sand, marble powder, and natural pigments, it is made without firing, using minimal water. Its texture and any slight irregularities reveal the artisan's touch and enhance its uniqueness.
