Tile The Egg

The Egg is part of the SU.Real collection, designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim®, from the picture book "Flavours".

In surrealism, the egg embodies the mystery of life, the duality between appearance and essence, and the idea that everything is in gestation, in permanent transformation.

Each tile is handcrafted using a demanding artisanal method. Composed of cement, sand, marble powder, and natural pigments, it is made without firing, using minimal water. Its texture and any slight irregularities reveal the artisan's touch and enhance its uniqueness.
