The Constellation Tile

The Constellation is part of the SU.Real collection, designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim®, from the "Universe" picture book.

A celestial and poetic assemblage, the constellation evokes in Surrealism the need to connect signs, to create meaning from chaos. It embodies the cosmic imagination, the invisible network, and the dream of a secret harmony.

Each tile is handcrafted using a demanding artisanal method. Composed of cement, sand, marble powder, and natural pigments, it is made without firing, using minimal water. Its texture and any slight irregularities reveal the artisan's touch and enhance its uniqueness.
