Pink Butterfly Tile

The Pink Butterfly is part of the SU.Real collection, designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim®, from the "Animals" picture book.

In a surrealist interpretation, the pink butterfly embodies metamorphosis, lightness, and imagination. It symbolizes the passage between worlds, ephemeral beauty, and colorful reverie, like a tangible manifestation of the unconscious.

Each tile is handcrafted using a demanding artisanal method. Composed of cement, sand, marble powder, and natural pigments, it is made without firing, using minimal water. Its texture and any slight irregularities reveal the artisan's touch and enhance its uniqueness.
