Fish Tile

20 x 20 cm square, 16 mm thick: those are the exact dimensions of this Carocim cement tile. Each box holds 12 pieces covering 0.48 m², a standard shared across the whole SU.Real collection, of which the Poisson is part.

This cement tile is rated for outdoor use, so it already gets Carocim's systematic anti-UV treatment applied to every exterior-ready reference. Thanks to that treatment, the light and dark blues and the black of the stylised fish keep their brightness around a pool, provided a suitable sealer is used near wet areas — Carocim doesn't specify a fading timeline for tiles left completely untreated.

Yes, even in a pared-back scheme: although the Poisson's motif is graphic and lively, its light blue, dark blue and black tones on a neutral ground sit well in a minimalist setting when paired with simple lines and understated furniture. In an eclectic decor, this Carocim cement tile works best as a single focal feature mixed with varied textures and colours rather than as a continuous surface.

A Poisson box covers 0.48 m² across 12 cement tiles, enough for a small splashback or decorative niche from Carocim. Carocim sells this design by the full box only, not by the half box, so for a standard kitchen splashback, several full boxes will usually be needed — measure the surface precisely before ordering.

This 20 x 20 cm cement tile carries a stylised fish with geometric scales, rendered in light blue, dark blue and black. Designed by Marta Pignol for Carocim's SU.Real collection, it's a contemporary, original creation rather than a traditional pattern, with a lively, expressive final rendering.
