Smoke Line Tile

A taste for softness guided the Heju studio: Carreau Ligne Fumée relies on gentle curves and pared-back lines rather than sharp geometry. In khaki green and pale pink, the drawing seeks a natural, balanced, modern feel. It shows how Carocim invites contemporary designers to reinterpret the cement tile, keeping its craft while renewing its visual language.

One systematic anti-UV treatment settles that concern: Carocim protects the pigments of its outdoor cement tiles, so Carreau Ligne Fumée keeps colours true even under rooftop-level sun exposure. The khaki green and pale pink are designed to stay faithful over time. Regular gentle cleaning with neutral soap and a renewed pore-sealer will support that resistance.

Between delivery and laying, keep the boxes of Carreau Ligne Fumée in a dry, sheltered space, flat on a clean surface and off damp ground. Avoid stacking anything heavy on top and leave the cement tiles in their packaging until installation. Stored this way, your Carocim tiles will reach the setting stage in perfect condition.

No exact headcount to quote, but every Carreau Ligne Fumée is a handmade piece: at Carocim, each cement tile passes through skilled hands for pigment preparation, moulding, pressing and drying. It is genuine workshop craftsmanship, which explains the slight variations from tile to tile — the signature of artisans rather than machines, serving a design by studio Heju.

A properly sealed cement tile can indeed live in a shower: with a pore-filling water-repellent treatment applied after laying, then renewed regularly, Carreau Ligne Fumée withstands humid environments. Use fine joints, avoid acidic cleaners and prefer neutral soap. Carocim's khaki green and pale pink design then brings real softness to a walk-in shower.
