Brown Provençal Tile

No official wastage rate is published for this Carocim cement tile, but it is common practice to order a safety margin on top of the reference 25 m² quantity to cover cuts and future repairs. This precaution avoids running short mid-project, since each box of Carreau Provençal Brun covers 0.48 m².

Rated for outdoor use, this Carocim cement tile receives a systematic anti-UV treatment that protects its pigments against fading. Prolonged sun exposure does not structurally damage it: the 16 mm thickness combined with that treatment keeps the brown tone of Carreau Provençal Brun stable over time, comparable to well-treated ceramic.

This is not standard industrial tile pricing: Carreau Provençal Brun retails at €163.80 per square metre, a price that reflects the handcrafted production of this Carocim cement tile, designed in-house by Carocim in a classic style rated for outdoor use.

0.48 m²: that is the area covered by one box of this Carocim cement tile, made up of 12 pieces measuring 20 x 20 cm at 16 mm thick. The reference quantity for a full project is set at 25 m², a useful benchmark for calculating how many boxes of Carreau Provençal Brun are needed.
