FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

Can Carreau Sceaux Trianon cope with the very sunny climate of southern France?

Yes, Carreau Sceaux Trianon is designed for outdoor use and therefore benefits from the anti-UV treatment Carocim systematically applies. This cement tile keeps the intensity of its shades durably, even under the sustained sunshine typical of the south of France.

What is the dominant colour of Carreau Sceaux Trianon?

The exact shade is not listed for this reference in the available data. Carreau Sceaux Trianon remains identifiable through its characteristic 20 x 10 cm rectangular format, a Carocim cement tile whose precise colour can be checked on a sample before ordering.

Is the fine surface crazing on Carreau Sceaux Trianon normal?

Yes, very fine surface crazing can naturally appear on an ageing cement tile. Carreau Sceaux Trianon is no exception: this trait, inherent to the material, is part of the handcrafted patina sought after on Carocim creations and does not affect the tile's strength.

How do I apply the water-repellent sealer to Carreau Sceaux Trianon myself?

No, applying a water- and oil-repellent sealer requires a perfectly clean, dry surface beforehand. On Carreau Sceaux Trianon, as on any Carocim cement tile, the product is spread in a thin, even coat, then left to dry before the room is used again.

Does Carreau Sceaux Trianon suit a Scandinavian interior?

Yes, the clean lines of Carreau Sceaux Trianon pair naturally with Scandinavian aesthetics, which favour light tones and functional furniture. This Carocim cement tile brings a handcrafted touch to this interior style without ever making the room feel visually heavy.
