Déscription du carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniform Tile

The Vaux-Le-Vicomte Uniforme cement tile from Carocim's Beauregard collection is crafted using precise handwork, requiring six steps, all carried out by the artisan. This tile is an eco-friendly flooring option made from natural pigments, sand, marble, and cement. It requires no firing and very little water during its production.

Any slight variation or irregularity testifies to the guarantee of authenticity of this tile and is an integral part of the manual manufacturing process.

FAQ

Vos questions fréquentes

What protection should be planned for Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme against UV?

0.48 m² per box, 16 mm thick, and above all a built-in anti-UV treatment: like every outdoor Carocim cement tile, Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme needs no extra UV protection, since the treatment is applied at the factory before shipping, right at the source.

How often does Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme need looking after?

Regular care keeps a cement tile looking its best: for Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme, a simple pH-neutral soap clean after Carocim's installation, followed by routine care without acid or bleach, is enough to preserve its original look over time.

How does the price of Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme compare with other cement tiles?

Yes, compared with many industrial cement tiles, Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme sits toward the higher end at €220.50 per m² at Carocim, a price that reflects its handmade production rather than large-scale mechanised manufacturing found elsewhere on the market more broadly.

Which way round should Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme tiles be laid to follow the pattern?

To respect the pattern of Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme, it is recommended to follow the direction marked on each box during installation: as with any patterned Carocim cement tile, consistent orientation avoids visual breaks between pieces laid side by side.

Does the water-repellent sealer on Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme darken its colour slightly?

A slight darkening is possible: the water- and oil-repellent sealer sealing treatment recommended for Carreau Vaux-le-Vicomte Uniforme, as for any Carocim cement tile, can slightly deepen the original colour, a common effect that often enhances the depth of the pattern's tones once applied.
