The designer reinterprets the cement tile with a minimal graphic vocabulary — here, two nerium-pink diagonal bands on a vanilla ground — giving the Zag Vanille & Rose Nerium its soft, modern and balanced character.

Yes, gentler light naturally means gentler ageing — but with this cement tile the difference barely matters: Carocim systematically applies an anti-UV treatment to its outdoor tiles, protecting the vanilla and pink pigments from fading. Morning sun or full southern exposure, the Zag Vanille & Rose Nerium keeps its delicate colouring intact.

Handcraft sets the tempo here: pigments are measured by hand, poured into a divider mould, pressed, then left to cure naturally without any firing. Carocim does not publish an exact production time for the Zag Vanille & Rose Nerium, but that unhurried process is precisely what gives a true cement tile its depth of colour.

Two diagonal bands set in opposite corners — a deliberately abstract figure rather than a symbol.
