Toumèto Green Pine Forest Tile

Without treatment, a mauve pigment such as the one on Imagier Zodiac Mauve Musquée would remain exposed to the gradual effects of sunlight on a cement tile laid outdoors. Carocim avoids this risk by systematically applying an anti-UV treatment to tiles meant for outdoor use, and this musky mauve benefits from it just like the other shades. Once protected, this tile keeps its hue for several seasons without any special care.

For this cement tile in the square 20 x 20 cm format, Imagier Zodiac Mauve Musquée works out at 25 tiles per square metre, or around 375 tiles to cover 15 square metres. Carocim recommends adding a margin of about ten extra tiles to allow for cuts at the edges of the room. This quantity remains indicative and can be adjusted to the exact layout of the project.

The pattern on Imagier Zodiac Mauve Musquée draws on the repertoire of astrological signs, treated here in a graphic, surreal style rather than a classic figurative one. This approach, created by designer Claire Detallante, turns a familiar symbol into an almost abstract composition on the cement tile. Carocim builds this Zodiac collection around this contemporary take on the signs.

The surreal, modern style of Imagier Zodiac Mauve Musquée suits decorating projects that embrace a strong graphic statement rather than a neutral mood. The musky mauve brings a distinctive touch of colour, able to structure a space without relying on other patterns. Carocim recommends this cement tile for interiors where the floor becomes a genuine design feature.

The thickness of Imagier Zodiac Mauve Musquée matches that of a traditional cement tile, designed to withstand repeated footfall without being fragile in transit. This sturdiness, achieved through the hydraulic pressing and slow drying used in Carocim's production, allows it to be laid on floors as well as walls. The exact specification is confirmed when the order is placed, according to the chosen format.
